The 1500 wool pocket mattress has individually wrapped springs to provide the best support for anyone with back problems or anyone in need of a luxury mattress. The wool filling inside contributes to add an extra layer of luxury and comfort; A soft springy layer at the top of the mattress to provide a good nights sleep. Wool is excellent fabric to put in mattresses purely because of its qualities to maintain temperatures in the cold and coolness in summer. Delivery & Returns

 DELIVERY GUIDE 

Please read the full information below prior to placing the order. 

All orders take around 2 - 10 working days to get delivered unless your postcodes are highlighted below it could take longer. 

  1. Customer places the order
  2. Order is dispatched to our in-house manufacturers (within 24 hours)
  3. Once the item is ready, goes through various quality checks
  4. Delivery is booked into a route
  5. Customers will receive a phone call from our dedicated delivery team to confirm 24-48 hours prior
  6. Driver will call at least 30 minutes prior to the delivery to ensure you are at home.

 

We do not offer specified day deliveries if you are unable to accept delivery on certain days do alert us and we will help you in every way possible, if you have missed the delivery our drivers will leave a card, please contact us to reschedule.

At Cuddly Beds, we offer a speedy delivery service, certain postcodes have slightly longer lead time compared to others.

 

Assembly & Room of Choice

All deliveries are to the MAIN COMMUNAL DOOR OF THE BUILDING. The couriers will NOT be held responsible for taking any items any further unless agreed otherwise.

Flats: Communal Doorway

Houses: Front Door

 

Room of choice £60 - Please ensure that the passage is clear and there is sufficient room for our team to put the bed into your chosen rooms.

Installation £100 – If all customers could ensure that the previous bed has been dismantled for our team to fit your new bed as our team are not responsible for dismantling old beds. Due to health & safety we do not offer the option to take away your old bed.

Cancelling an order

We do try our absolute best to ensure that all our customers receive the absolute best care, you can cancel your order if the order has not been dispatched, usually all orders are dispatched within 72 hours so it would be best to alert us at the earliest point to ensure we can cancel the order.


Returns & Collections & Refunds

On the event of returns

Once you have received your items but have decided that it is not quite what you wanted, fear not, you can return the goods and receive a full refund, customers will be subject to pay a collection charge of £60 plus any processing fees.

If you would prefer to arrange your own courier to return your item(s), then that is fine too, just let us know which you would prefer. However, if you wish to use your own courier, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss incurred. 

Once we have received the items your monies will be refunded within 72 hours.

Damages or missing parts
In the exceedingly rare occasion If you receive any items, or parts which are damaged or missing then please alert us immediately and we will sort it out straight away. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issues, and it would be our pleasure to assist you further. We shall get it rectified ASAP.


PLEASE NOTE:  ALL DAMAGES NEED TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS, BEGINNING ON THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVED YOUR GOODS.
